By applying for a job as an employee or sending my CV via e-mail, facsimile or ordinary
mail I consent to and acknowledge the following:
It is voluntary to register at the website of CPL Jobs Kft. (seat: 1139 Budapest,
Teve u. 1/a-c., Hungary, tax ID: 14916575-2-41, company registration no.: 01-09-925917),
to send a CV to CPL Jobs Kft. and to supply any relating data. Personal data and
CVs are collected directly from the data subjects and processed upon the consent
of the data subjects, for the purpose of carrying out labour placement services
and sending offers of HR consultancy. The data are processed for the time necessary
for the aim of the data procession.
Personal data and CVs may be transferred to CPL Job Kft’s clients offering jobs
and foreign subsidiaries of CPL group. In the course of that it is possible that
the personal data of the data subjects will be transferred to a country where the
right for data protection is not provided on the level required by the European
Union. The processed data may only be known by the colleagues of CPL Jobs Kft. and
CPL group and their clients offering jobs. The data will not be transferred to any
third party other than the above, except if law or a final decision of a court or
other authority requires so.
The data subjects may request information of the processing of their personal data
at any time and they may request the modification, correction or deletion of their
personal data and they are entitled to withdraw their consent at any time in whole
or in part regarding to the processing and use of the data supplied by them. Please
send the request for any of the above in writing addressed to CPL Jobs Kft. In case
a new CV is submitted, the data supplied previously will be replaced.
In case of any breach of the privacy law, the data subjects may object against the
unlawful data processing at CPL Jobs Kft., request the investigation of the data
protection commissioner (1051 Budapest, Nádor u. 22.) or initiate court proceeding
because of the unlawful data processing in accordance with section 17 of Act LXIII
of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and Public Access to Data of Public Interest.
Being aware of the above information I consent that my data and any documents attached
are placed in the data bank of CPL Jobs Kft. and processed and used by CPL Jobs
Kft. and disclosed or transferred to any employers interested in my work. I consent
that CPL Jobs Kft. uses my data supplied at the registration to send HR consultancy
offers. I declare that the supplied data are true.
